California has been my home for over half of the last decade, and I couldn't have picked a better place.  I hadn't truly appreciated the level of diversity and beauty a state could have until I began exploring it.  Often times as I'm looking at other countries to visit I think how there are so many places just as amazing I could instead explore in California.  Its hard to beat or imagine ever living anywhere else now that I've been here.

This state alone will take multiple lifetimes to fully see and explore.
